Our Current Prison System
The Georgia prison system leaves much to be desired. Nobody knows what the inmates, who are still people go through. At Arrendale State Prison, these lady inmates have to eat food that includes the extra protein of maggots. This comes from one of the inmates we’ve communicated with and does NOT exaggerate anything. She informed us of all the weight she had lost. These ladies depend on the commissary food to keep them alive.
In my opinion, these people are still human, no matter what they are in there for, they still have certain rights according to the state and of moral humanity.
